Appiukon konetta tässä selailen. Oikeaan alareunaan on ilmestynyt keltapohjainen viestiruutu, jossa otsikko on ylläolevan mukainen. Lopputeksti on: "Your computer is infected with a back door Trojan that allows the remote attacker to perform various malicious actions. Click this baloon to download malware removal software." Vaikka ilmoituksen sulkee, se pomppaa hetken päästä takaisin siihen killittämään.
F-Secure löysi 6 viruksen saastuttamaan tiedostoa, joista poistin viisi, koska puhdistus ei onnistunut. Kuudes jäi koska se on "arkistoitu" (mitä se sitten mahtaakaan tarkoittaa :) ) Ad-Aware ei löydä mitään.
Apuja siis kaipailisin, mun atk-taidoilla keinot on nyt käytetty :) Jos joku siis olisi kiva ja avittaisi! Ja maallikon kielellä, heh!

Tällä voisit siivota, mutta muista laittaa kaikki asetukset juuri ohjeen mukaan. Syy on se, että AVG:n Anti-Spyware joskus laittaa yhden F-securen tiedoston myös pahiksien listalle. Kun asetuksiin on laitettu, että tiedostoista tehdään backupit karanteeniin, sen voi tarvittaessa sieltä palauttaa. Suorita tämä kohta erityisen huolella tuosta ohjeesta,linkissä on vielä kuvakin:

* Sinulta kysytään mitä tehdä jos infektioita löytyi, valitse silloin "Apply all actions" ]

F-securen uudelleenasennuskin tietysti korjaa virheen.
Varsinainen ohje:
Tallenna nämä ohjeet tekstitiedostoon tai tulosta nämä, muuten et pääse niihin käsiksi vikasietotilasta
Lataa AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 ja tallenna ohjelma työpöydällesi.
* Kun olet ladannut ohjelman, kaksoisklikkaa asennuohjelman pikakuvaketta työpöydälläsi, asennus alkaa.
* Asennuksen jälkeen täytyy ohjelma käynnistää ja sen tunnisteet päivittää.
* Käynnistä AVG Anti-Spyware.
* Klikkaa "Update" kuvaketta päävalikossa. Sen jälkeen klikkaa "Update now" painiketta.
o Sitten klikkaa "Start Update" kuvaketta jolloin päivitys alkaa.
* Kun päivitykset on ladattu, klikkaa "Scanner" kuvaketta ikkunan ylälaidassa. Valitse sitten "Settings" välilehti.
* Kun "Settings" valikko on auennut, klikkaa "Recommended actions" ja sitten valitse "Quarantine".
* Sitten "Reports" valikon alta:
o Laita täppi kohtaan "Automatically generate report after every scan"
o Ota täppi pois kohdasta"Only if threats were found"
* Sitten klikkaa "Shield" kuvaketta ikkunan ylälaidassa
* "Resident shield is", muuta tila active:sta inactive:ksi
* Sulje ohjelma, ÄLÄ skannaa vielä.
Käynnistä koneesi vikasietotilaan, näpyttelemällä F8-nappulaa. Esiin tulevasta tekstivalikosta valitset nuolinäppäimillä Vikasietotila, kuittaat Enterillä valinnan. Vikasietotilaan käynnistyminen kestää normaalia kauemmin ja työpöytä näyttää karummalta, johtuen pienemmästä näytön resoluutiosta.
HUOM! Älä käytä muita ohjelmia AVG skannauksen aikana, tämä saattaa häiritä skannausta.
* Kun vikasietotilassa, käynnistä AVG Anti-Spyware.
* Klikkaa "Scanner" kuvaketta ikkunan ylälaidassa ja valitse "Scan" välilehti. Sitten klikkaa "Complete System Scan".
* AVG aloittaa nyt tietokoneen skannaamisen, ole kärsivällinen sillä skannaus vie aikaa.
Kun skannaus on valmis:
TÄRKEÄÄ : Älä klikkaa "Save Scan Report" ennen kuin klikkaat "Apply all Actions"
* Varmistu, että Set all elements to: näyttää Quarantine (1), jos ei, klikkaa linkkiä ja valitse Quarantine popup-valikosta.
* Sinulta kysytään mitä tehdä jos infektioita löytyi, valitse silloin "Apply all actions"

# Sitten klikkaa "Reports" kuvaketta ohjelma yläosasta.
# Klikkaa "Save report as" painiketta ikkunan vasemmassa alalaidassa ja tallenna raportti työpöydälle.
# Sulje ohjelma, käynnistä kone normaalisti ja lähetä AVG Anti-Spyware:n raportti viestiketjuusi.
Nyt on skannaus tehty. Kylläpä kestikin kauan... siinä meni melkein tunti. On muuten hitusen hankalaa tuo vikasietotilassa toimiminen, kun kaikki tuon AVG:n kuvakkeetkaan ei ylälaidassa mahdu ruutuun :)
Ja kaikenmaailman öpököitä taisi olla reilunpuoleisesti. "Infektoituneita" objekteja löytyi yli kolmesataa (iiiks...)
Tuo yksi kohta jäi kyllä epäselväksi:
* Varmistu, että Set all elements to: näyttää Quarantine (1), jos ei, klikkaa linkkiä ja valitse Quarantine popup-valikosta.
* Sinulta kysytään mitä tehdä jos infektioita löytyi, valitse silloin "Apply all actions"
tuollaista kyselyä ei ollut missään. Ja tuota "quarantinea" popup-valikosta ei havainnut (?)menikö pahasti pieleen?
Ja se keltainen ruutu tuossa oli taas äsken, hävisi kyllä itsekseen ja sitä keltaista kolmiota tuolla oikeassa alalaidassa ei enää näy.

Kun äsken kirjoitin, että keltainen palkki näyttäytyi alalaidassa; tässä on eri teksti. Kuvakkeena alapalkissa vilkkuu vuoroin valkoinen kysymysmerkki sinisellä pohjalla ja vuoroin sellainen punainen rinkula, jossa on poikkiviiva. Teksti sanoo nyt: "jotain että koneessa on useita viruksia ja kehoittaa taas klikkaamaan, jotta niistä päästään eroon." nyt se pirun teksti ei tietenkään näyttäydy :)
Asetuksissa oli kuitenkin tuo karanteeniin laitto valittuna, joten hienosti onnistuit.
Nyt tuntuu siltä, että kannattaa ajaa Hijackthis-logi koneestasi ja katsellaan jatkotoimenpiteitä sen jälkeen.

Helpoin tapa asentaa se oikeaan paikkaan on tämä:

joka tekee koneelle kansion C:\HJT automaattisesti ja josta sitten löytyy toi HijackThis.exe. Voitte tallentaa kyseisen hijackthis_self.exe vaikka työpöydälle ja kun sitten avaatte / suoritatte sen niin se asentaa koneelle automaattisesti kansion HJT:n C:n juureen ( C:\HJT ) sekä lisäksi asentaa sinne valmiiksi HijackThis.exe tiedoston. Joudutte painamaan kolmea nappia hijackthis_self.exe tiedoston kohdalla:

Javaversiotasi en vielä tiedä, mutta koska sieltäkin roinaa löytyi tee näin:
Javan päivitys ja välimuistin tyhjennys:
1. Klikkaa Käynnistä -> Ohjauspaneeli ja tupla-klikkaa Lisää tai poista sovellus Ohjauspaneelissa.
2. Etsi listasta kaikki entiset Java versiosi. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
Niissä pitäisi olla kahvikupin kuva vieressä.
3. Valitse kaikki entiset Java versiosi ja valitse Poista.
4. Asenna uusin Java päivitys seuraavasta linkistä..
5. Käynnistä kone uudelleen asennuksen jälkeen:

Paina Download
Ruksaa Accept, ota offline installation, tallenna vaikka työpöydälle ja asenna se.
6. Käynnistyksen jälkeen, mene takaisin Ohjauspaneeliin ja avaa Java asetuksesi (Muita Ohjauspaneelin asetuksia -> Java kahvikuppi).
7. General Settings -osion alla, vedä liukusäädintä (Disk Space) pienemmälle, ja klikkaa Delete Files -nappia.
(Jotkut javapohjaiset ohjelmat saattavat tarvita enemmän levytilaa.
Jos huomaat säädön pienentämisen jälkeen koneessa hitautta, siirrä liukusäädintä isommalle).
8. Varmista että kaikki kaksi valintaa ovat rastitettuja:
o Applications and Applets
o Trace and Log Files
Ja paina OK -nappia
9. Klikkaa OK "Temporary Files Settings" -ikkunassasi.
Huomaa: Tämä poistaa kaikki ladatut sovellukset ja appletit VÄLIMUISTISTA.
10. Klikkaa OK jättääksesi Java asetusikkunasi.
Nähdään Hijackthis-palstalla.

löysin ko. ohjelman lataussivun googlesta. Olen nyt juuri päivittämässä AVG:tä. Meinas tulla jo uskonpuute, kun päivitys ei meinannut millään alkaa, mutta nyt se raksuttelee :)
Kun päivitys on valmis, jatkan ohjeidesi seuraamista (sanatarkasti, etten tuhoa konetta...) palaamme asiaan, kun pääsen eteenpäin!

Jeps, F-Secure kertoi viruksia löytyvän jostakin java-tiedostosta, mutta ei anna poistaa sitä kun tiedosto on "arkistoitu". En myöskään kyllä löytänyt sitä tiedostoa, vaikka selasin C asemaa läpi... mutta enhän olekaan mikään pro :)
Tein tuossa yllä annettujen ohjeiden mukaan ja poistin vanhat java-versiot ja asensin uuden. Kyseinen herja ei kuitenkaan hävinnyt kokonaan vaan se edellä mainitsemani teksti on nyt hävinnyt ja tilalla on toinen teksti, jossa kerrotaan, että koneella on useita troijalaisia ja viruksia ja "tästä" klikkaamalla voit ladata ohjelman niitä vastaan. Jep. Tämä teksti näyttäytyy vain aika ajoin, joten tarkkaa tekstiä en nyt tähän saa, heh heh... Epäilyttää siis, oliko F-securen javasta löytämä virus tämä kyseinen vai joku muu niistä kolmesta ja puolesta sadasta, jotka AVG poisti... hmm... :)
F-secure pystyy tuhoamaan kaikki löytämänsä virukset ja örkit!!!!!
F-secure sisältää vakoilu-ja haittaohjelmien poisto ohjelman eli AdAwaren maksullisesta versiosta konffatun version, älä käytä sitä ilmaista AdAware versiota, se vain häiritsee F-securen toimintaa koska F-securessa jo parempi AdAware versio!
Toimi tämän ohjeen mukaan saat poistettua myös System restore eli järjestelmän palaustustiedostoihin menneet virukset ja örkit.

Ai niin, kerroitkin tuossa, että kaikki löytämänsä.

Pah, kuten usein on todettu, ei se F-secure paljoa löydä. Toisin on ilmaisen AVG Antispywaren kera. Sitäpaitsi eihän ne kaikki pöpöt edes ole system restoressa ja ne jotka olivat AVG putsasi, F-secure ei. Taas olisi yksi kone jäänyt saastuneeksi jos ainoastaan F-secureen luottaisi. Ei todistettavasti kannata, vaan kannattaa ajaa kone luotettavimmilla scannereilla.

Sama kuva mullekin on muodostunut kuin sinulle. Olin lähinnä kauhuissani siitä, että F-Secure havaitsi sen kuusi öpökkää, joista se antoi poitaa viisi. ja AVG löysi sen yli kolmesataa. Voi itku!

AVG-Antispywaren EI tarvitse itseään mainostaa. Sehän toimii ilmaiseksi päivittyvänä scannerina ja on monin verroin parempi kuin F-securen vastaava AdAware.

Aivan, kuinkahan moni on joutunut narratuksi, kun on LUULLUT että maksullisuus on tae ohjelman hyvyyteen. Kyllähän täällä joku on väittänyt että Esim maksullinen Virusbusterikin olisi hyvä. Väitettiin LUOTETTAVAN itävaltalaisen firman ohjelmaksi. Ei se ole raha, vaan laatu, joka ratkaisee.
