Facebook antoi ainoaksi vaihtoehdoksi palauttaa tilini antaa henkilöllisyystodistus.. SIISPÄ Täytin erään lyhyen lomakkeen suoraan facebookin ohjeista löytyvän linkin kautta.. Ja lähetin henkilöllisyystodistukseni.
Miksi facebook tekee tämän näin hankalaksi.. Eikä pahuksen puhelinvahvistus toimi! FACEBOOKHAN TOIMII, KUIN JOKU IHMEEN PANKKI!
Kun olin täyttänyt lomakkseen sain välittömästi tälläisen s.postin:
"Hi,
Thanks for contacting Facebook. You were asked to verify your identity because our security systems think you might not be using your real name or might have more than one account.
Since you weren’t able to confirm your identity using a phone number, we need you to provide a digital copy of your government-issued photo ID. Please note that we will permanently delete our record of this digital image from our servers after we resolve your issue.
The ID you attach:
- Must be government-issued (ex: passport, driver's license)
- Must be in color
- Must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photo
If possible, please save this file as a JPEG. Black out any personal information that is not needed to verify your identity (ex: address, license number).
If you already uploaded a picture of your government-issued ID, unfortunately we will need you to attach the file again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
