All travellers arriving at Koh Samui Airport should use the pick-up service of their hotel
(which is the most convenient way) or the transfer service provided through sawadee.com.
Don't use the airport limousine service!!
The drivers sometimes tell you that your booked hotel is closed / flooded / non-existent or to expensive and try to bring you to a hotel where they get commissions from or just drop you somewhere if you not agree to their offer claiming not to know the hotel you have booked.

Otin Samuin lentokentältä (erittäin kaunis kenttä muuten) ao. taksin heinäkuun puolessavälissä ja oikeaan paikkaan pääsin - hotellin etukäteen tilattu taksi sen sijaan jäi saapumatta.
