V: Looking for a roommate/Etsitään kämppistä

Two friends are planning to rent a 4-room-apartment, either in Helsinki or Vantaa, and we need one more person so the rent wouldn't be higher than 400e/each. In order to make the necessary proceedings we need someone who is ready to move between the 15th of November and beginning of December.

The only requirements would be that the person is able to pay the rent monthly and is committed to stay at least until next June. Otherwise there are no demands concerning age, gender or such things.

As for us, we are two friendly and easy-going guys, one Finnish and the other of Nepalese origin. We both have steady jobs and other activities, therefore there's always a chance for some privacy if needed.
