On or around Thursday, xx of xxxx, XXXX XXXX discussed with my junior, XXX XXXX, at Helsinki Mission, about the Purif refund case of XXXX XXXX
and wondered why this person was taken off the program by me. XXXX XXXX is not on our Tech lines and nor is XXXX XXX, who is a reg and OCA evaluator and to be trained to a course supervisor. For this I had to handle Mr. XXXX.
2.
XXXX XXXX has suggested that I use my right to get my money back on a $ 42,000.00 DMSMH - deal from NEPI, based on the Ad&Book-campaign PL in OEC VOL 2 page 101. He adviced me about the PL. Yet he himself has some 11.000 books of this book to sell.

XXXX XXXX has done and Ethics handling on Mr. XXXX XXXX (Clear, 3 L's),who is on Helsinki Missions linen. This is 2-D. XXXX XXXX is also a shareholder and Board Member of our Category A Wise Group and the D of T in our Wise Group and he also is a volyntary helper in Espoo Mission,working as a course sup.
XXXX XXXX used me, my ex-wife and XXXX XXXX ,, my 2-D, as an example of stealing someone elses husband. This to my junior. Yet the Ethichs sit I have had on my 2-D has been handled by Dept. capatain FSO XXXX XXXX and I and XXXX XXXX have done our Liabilities and had them accepted by the group (Mr. XXXX has not accepted our Liabilities, though).

XXXX XXXX told me that his Mission gets 60 OCA hometests returned from 10.000 ex sent out weekly. Since we have only about 30 arriving, he suggested that we omit the DMSMH-ad that is in our tests. yet at another time he told me they received 37 tests back from the same amount. When we omitted the ad for one week, our DMSMH-sales went down, of course, since we do get orders by this ad.
XXXX XXXX has also arranged a sauna and per Policy facilities for Purif in Helsinki, which is commendable. But when he got my approval to pay 1/3 of the costs, he told methat sauna was a 120 square meter upstat facility. When I received a complaint from Mr. XXXX about the sauna, I checked it out. It is by no means 120 square meters but closer to 50 square meters and it is rather downstat. What he told me and what I saw are so far apart that I feel he has not been honest in this description of it.
As ED for Eise A Charter member it also is duty to inform, that Mr. XXXXs Wise Group is delivering STCC and according to Mr. XXXX has already sold and delivered courses. I have an understanding that he has not paid any royalties as of yet. he has also printed a STCC course pack that has no I/A approval.
