help and advice needed

Could some experts please give us some advices what to do with this kind of builder? We really need and appreciate your helps!!!!!

As you might know, the laminar floor is 'floating'. It means that it moves a bit when you step on it, to make it more comfortable to walk on. If you build a kitchentable on this part it will move differently with the other parts. This means you will have cracks in the table at some point.

Once again, there is no mistake, this is a normal way to build.

Hi;

Yes, I do expect behind every cover and corner is clean, especially when it is a new house. A responsible and professional builder with high morality will keep his work clean and in proper way like his own house, because the residents who are moving in are human being, not animals, furthermore, with so much money invested in here, is it too much to ask for a clean, neat house which has a good quality and last long.

You said behind the cover no nobody makes a nice result, do you mean trashes and garbage are left behind the walls and roofs in this building like under the kitchen table? Do you yourself want to buy a house like that, live in there, and pretend that you don't see the trash behind the covers.

Once again, it's builder's responsibility to fix the mistakes he has make. There are at least four mistakes what you have done as the pictures show:

1) In the ad and material we got before, the kitchen should be equipped with laminate floor, but in fact the floor under the tables has left empty and uncover;

2) The cement traces have been left on the edge of laminate floor;

3) The wood cover were neither fitted nor fixed properly, that's why it fell down easily;

4) The construction trashes have left behind.

Do you really think that if you look behind every cover that it will be a nice and clean resault? You have cover lists because nobody makes a nice reault under the cover, that is why you use covers. You should put the cover back so you can hide things like that. So, I´m sorry, but I will not clean or fix it. Now it´s up to you, you need to fix it yourself.

Hi,

Last week, the wood cover under the kitchen table fell off, and reveal what's behind as in the attached pictures. It is totally unacceptable and it needs to be cleaned and fixed.
