Zendy Suite Hotel Istanbul experiences shared for other travellers here .
This hotel has the best ratings , but I recommend avoiding this after the following experience :
- they don't answer E-mail messages
- Only one of them can speak English which makes communication impossible
- The tried to charge the room price 3 times
- They have new rooms and a large 2 -bedroom apartment, located in an old building and there is a serious moisture damage and the smell is quite terrible
- When we gave feedback on booking.com on the quality of our room, we were informed that we were not ever been at the hotel and we were required a cancellation fee (that 3rd time charge). This was blocked with the help of the booking.com fortunately.
So please be extra carefull with this hotel or just book another one. Always ask for a receipt of you payment and immediately after your payment.
