According to the Finnish Copyright Act, A photographer shall have the exclusive right to control a photographic picture, be it in an original form or in an altered form:

2. by making it available to the public.
I am the copyright owner of these images and I have not granted you permission to use them. Your action infringes my copyright in the images and is a legal offence.
Your use of my image(s) on this is a clear infringement of my copyright. In the circumstances I need to obtain from you the following undertakings:
• to provide me with full details of all the unlicensed usage made to date

Potkia munille ja pyytää vitusti kahisevaa.
Useimpien kilpailujen säännöt kieltävät lähettämästä aikaisemmin kilpailuissa ollutta kuvaa, joten sano että olit lähettämässä kuvaa kilpailuun jossa on jaossa milloona ja olet varma voitosta "tottakai".
Puoli milloonaa soppii varmasti molemmille:)
Teksti kannattaa kopioida omalle koneelle jos oma kuva joskus putkahtaa esille maksamatta jollain saitilla.
