Sarjakuvien pahikset?

Eli, saatanallisimmat sarjakuvahahmot kehiin...

Yköne.
Saatanallinen, julma kieroilija Cocco Bill sarjakuvasta.

Kakone.
Yama ja Aryman. Mefiston liimalettinen ja mustiin pukeutuva poika ja hänen pieni apurinsa suoraan hornasta. Tex Willer hoiti tosin homman kotiin.

Kolone.
Riidan kylväjä Asterix ja ennustaja albumista.

KuusKuusKutone.
Se pikkupiru, joka tosinaan tökkii atraimellaan Akua persuuksiin ja muita ei just nyt tuu mieleen.

Lopuksi totean saatanallisen olevan henk koht suosikkini. Onkos teillä palstan pahikset omia sarjakuvasuosikkeja pahuuden puolelta?

Parhaat saatanalliset sarjakuvahahmot on ehdottomasti Tex Willer ja Kit Carson. Riidankylväjä on kyllä mun mielestä ihan vaan täysluuseri, eihän se edes osaa mitään.

Mustanaamio on ehdottomasti satanisti.

Mustanaamio on satanisti, selvästi, täydellisesti. Hän ei ehkä kutsu itseään siksi, mutta lähempänä LaVeyn ajatusmaailman satanistia kuin minä.

  • Totta! Mustanaamio on satanismin todellinen ilmentymä.

    Ave Mustanaamio!

Itse olen aina pitänyt alkuperäisestä Lepakkomiehestä, vaikka tv-sarjat ovatkin tehneet parhaansa tehdäkseen Lepakkomiehestä tavallisen hyviksen. Lepakkomiehessä yhdistyy Nietzscheläinen yli-ihmisyys noir-henkiseen esteettiseen synkistelyyn.

Colonel Akula kirjoitti artikkelissaan "Belial In Black Spandex - The Satanic Elements Of Modern Comic Book Heroes" (googleta koko artikkeli) seuraavaa kyseisestä viittasankarista:

Batman is perhaps the earliest known example of a dark, comic book anti-hero with a distinctly Satanic flavour. Originally created as a crime fighting night stalker by Bob Kane in 1939, Batman made his debut in Detective Comics #27 in a six-page story called "The Case of the Chemical Syndicate".
Unlike Superman (to whom he is still compared) Batman was less of a superhero and more of a super detective. He rarely battled power-mad scientists and alien invaders and concentrated on eliminating the rapists, thugs and organized crime syndicates from the world. Right from the get-go, he differed from his fellow costumed crime fighters in nearly every respect. The art direction of the Batman storyline was noticeably dark. Set in the fictional, crime-ridden city of Gotham, Batman's hometown is easily identified by its mixture of Neo-Gothic architecture and smoky, bleak, film-noir aesthetics. Batman is usually depicted stalking his prey from the black, twisted spires of an ancient cathedral and to this day, Gotham City is home to black Fedoras, coffin-nosed automobiles, stylish zoot suits and Tommy guns. Most storylines take place at night since Batman prefers to hunt in the natural camouflage of the shadows.

His personality was an amalgam of other dark, gothic characters, namely Zorro, Jack The Ripper and Dracula; a wealthy aristocrat who slides down a pole to a subterranean cave beneath his mansion, emerging as a bat by night to clean the filth from society. He realised that wretched criminals and petty cutpurses were both cowardly and superstitious. He modeled his costume after a feared creature of the night to strike terror in his prey as he killed them. To this day he remains an early icon of Satanic justice.

To be more specific, Batman embodies the essence of "Will to Power", which stands in direct contrast to DC's more Christian shining star.

Superman or "Kal-el" is both a foreigner and a foreign element that is totally unnatural to man. He is an alien from another galaxy who is blessed with godlike powers. He exists as the supposedly ultimate archetype of superhuman power and personifies such Christian ethics of peace, moderation, compassion and kindness. Even his day-job persona is impossibly squeaky-clean. Batman on the other hand is moody, angry and bitter as well as being witty, urbane and compassionate to those who earn his respect.

Superman, much like Christianity possesses qualities that no human being can ever live up to. He is anathema to the Satanic ideal. He is also a rather sad contradiction; a powerful, almighty being who cannot or does not allow himself to indulge in his power. His altruistic sense of duty forbids the use of his incredible strength for anything other than helping inferior beings. How pathetic.

Batman by contrast remains a perfectly attainable paragon. If Superman is the ultimate expression of fantasy, Batman is the embodiment of human potential. He represents qualities of the Nietzsche's Ubermenchen without flaw. He is essentially the most evolved human being on the planet, the ultimate warrior-scholar. He possesses no superhuman powers, though some would argue that his intelligence is beyond the genius level. His physical strength is on par with any Olympic athlete and he is widely known as the world's foremost martial artist.

His knowledge of subjects ranging from biomechanics, physics, chemistry, demolitions, psychology, criminology, forensics and computers can rival any Nobel Prize winner. He is the perfect blend of body and mind, driven by a homicidal urge to rid the world of filth and corruption while working under the cover of darkness to eliminate the dregs of society.

While Superman clothes himself in bright, garish colours, Batman works in the shadows, stalking his prey in total darkness behind a gargoyle-like mask for he knows that if his identity were ever discovered, the mob would eat him alive. He uses state-of-the-art, self-fashioned tools to accomplish his tasks and is unrepentant in his treatment of the parasites that murdered his parents.

Unlike Superman who had his powers thrust upon him, Batman had to earn every granule of his ability. He was once a keen, athletic and gifted child of privilege. The only son of a wealthy surgeon who lived without a want or disorder, his life, innocence and pathology were shattered when a petty thug took the life of his loving parents for a handful of spare change. The site of seeing his father and mother having their heads blown apart unlocked a primal, animalistic rage in the young boy. Left completely on his own, young Bruce had to survive or die. He travelled the world, mastering every known martial art, sculpting his body to ultimate perfection and filling his mind with information on any and every possible subject.

He became obsessed with avenging the death of his parents, vowing to make the underworld and the impotent police farce pay for their ignorance and stupidity and took control of his destiny.
Over the years, Batman went through a number of sad changes that made him friendlier to the sensitive, largely Christian, mainstream audience. His costume was originally a dark, mat grey save for his jet-black boots, gloves, cape, cowl and bat symbol. DC comics later gave him some blue Speedos and a yellow and black Good guy bat-badge. Unbeknownst to most, the nexus of Batman's arsenal was originally composed of sleek, state-of-the-art firearms. He was unrepentant in his slaughter of wretched criminals as he dealt out punishment with pride and determination. Fearing children would follow his example, DC eventually gave Batman an arsenal of non-lethal devices to better package his character for the masses and included a dopey-looking, androgynous kid clad in bright orange vest and green panties that appeared to be made out of fish scales.

Batman went through more embarrassing transformations throughout the years, including Adam West's hammy, flabby, pyjama party-looking flying mouse-man until the 1980s Dark Knight series re-kindled Batman's black flame.

In this short-lived chapter of Batman's career, the caped crusader was portrayed as an ageing crime-fighter in his mid fifties, greying at the temples and displaying a visibly more bitter and pissed-off persona. His suit took on the more accurate black gargoyle body-armoured look and the campy colourful flashes of BANG! KPOW!! and THWAK!!! that for years had strategically obscured any scenes of violence were replaced by crippled bodies and spilled blood and teeth.

Finally in 1989, the brilliant film director Tim Burton presented Batman as he always should have been; a silent, brooding misanthropic assassin, plotting the elimination of society's waste from his dark, gargantuan cave.

Unfortunately the series it began to slide back into the 70s as Joel Schumacher resurrected the campy aesthetics of yester-year, including green spandex and rubber knives.

Batman recently made a bit of a comeback in various animated programs including The New Justice League, Batman and Superman and Batman Beyond. These portrayals have been refreshingly accurate and hopefully the Dark Knight will remain the silent hunter in the shadows. So while Batty may now currently reside in an ambiguous character-limbo, the qualities that warranted his creation remain eternally Satanic.
