TÄSSÄ ON HALLOWEEN KYSYMYKSILLE.....
Tis’ be the month of October, once more. The crisp, cool air of autumn is upon us. Leaves change their lively glow, to the various colors of the fall, removed from the branches they descend to the ground below. What a peaceful tranquility, what a marvelous time of the year. Yet… why do I see the Grim Reaper, scything souls? Why must there be a horde of zombies terrorizing cities and the countryside? Now that I think about it, I do sense a wicked vibe from the air. It must be that time of year again, the season of Halloween. From out of the darkness, yet again they shall appear, the ghouls and goblins, and creatures of thou fear. Be wary shall we all be, but yet we not completely despair, it’s time yet again, for the event of yore, the Halloween Bash V."
Hey everyone. Just to give you a fair warning ahead of time, the Grim Reaper is on one of his scything sprees, so I’d avoid dangerous places for the time being. Ah, onto the matter at hand. I am proud to announce our fifth year of hosting the Halloween Bash. It’s a tradition, first envisioned and hosted by myself, five years ago when RSC was still kickin’. It started as a small gathering of my fellow Tip.it trolls at Falador Abandoned Mansion, and drew a larger crowd each following year. Although the location has changed since the ole’ days, the general structure of the event has been resistant over the years, with only small tweaks over the years. We did have to remove the traditional trivia games this year, just due to the sheer size of the crowd nowadays. But never fear, we added door prizes to cover the loss. With our new public exposure, and with TET full of new blood, we are ready to host an incredible, yet horror-filled Halloween Bash this year. The event is jointly hosted with RPHC (Runescape Party Host Committee – Ziddy’s personal team that pre-existed TET, hosted the first three Bashes, now a one man operation). TET is working hard, to ensure you have an enjoyable time. Bashes are always a large undertaking, but I hope the end result is a thrilling event for you all.
As a quick reminder and notice on our two pre-events, that are before the main event listed at the times in the table below: “Dawn of the Dead: Zombie Outbreak" will be 3 Hours before the main event, and the Death Find-Me will be 1 Hour and 30 Minutes before the main event. The pre-event “Death Find-Me” will have a separate post with the clues for the five games, to be posted on this forum at that time on Saturday. The forum post contains the information you need for both of these pre-events. "Zombie Outbreak" REQUIRES that you read the post for the specific details. I highly recommend that you read through the whole post to be well versed on the variety of events within the Bash, so you don’t have questions later. Also, please keep an eye on the post for updates that may occur.
