CAREER POSITION:
Banking Manager
DUTIES:
Financial operations support, basic level account management.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:
One of our business branches is helping agricultural engineers (both certified engineers and private uncertified agricultural engineering practitioners) sell their innovative products (such as hybrid plants, seeds, etc). This business scheme is simple: the seller provides us with the information about his innovative product or solution for sale. He sends us a request to search for the person or organization interested in buying his product. Seller pays a one time fee for the searching process. The price of the searching process will be refunded to the seller if the buyer is not found. Once the buyer is found we receive the product from the seller for the inspection. After the product is checked it is sent to the buyer. Only when the product is tested by the buyer himself he pays for his purchase. All the payments are made only after the buyer makes sure that he is completely satisfied with the product. Otherwise the product will be returned to the seller without any refund.
In this sphere of business we need to isolate the buyers from the sellers because our income highly depends on it. That's the reason why we never provide any buyer with the seller's contact information or the other way round. And that's why we are interested in having a Banking Manager who will be bringing buyers and sellers together.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The first Banking Manager responsibility is to prepare financial reports with the detailed account of all the transactions made. These reports must be sent to the company once a day. Also Banking Manager is responsible for receiving payments from the happy buyers and redirecting them to the sellers.
The Banking Manager is not responsible for any mistakes made by the seller or the buyer, and nothing will be deducted from the Banking Manager's income. In case if any problems occur with payments we ask the payee (no matter who he is either the buyer or the banking manager) to to retract and re-send the payment. (For example if the buyer makes payment but the Banking Manger doesn't receive it we ask the buyer to retract his payment and try again, maybe by means of other payment method.) To save time, our Banking Manager works with his own bank account. The banking manager will never be asked for the access to his bank account. The only required information is where to send payments for the Banking Manager.
Banking Manager will not be involved in operations that require a long-time partnership between the developer of the innovative product and the buyer. Such transactions are always held directly. Banking Manager is only working with the sellers who are selling all the author rights together with the product. It means that the banking Manager will not work with legal paper works. He is just responsible for the financial redirecting.
SALARY:
$2400\monthly 7.5%. The Banking Manager has to transfer 92.5% of the total amount paid by the buyer to the seller. The monthly salary in the amount of $2400 is every month. The first 30 days period begins when the first buyer's payment is processed by the Banking Manager. (It can be some days later after completing the agreement).
LIMITATIONS:
All of our buyers and sellers are residents of the U.S., Canada, Australia and the European Union. If you live in another country please accept our apologies but this position is not available for you. We do not deal with the residents of India, Russia, Africa, etc. It helps us to do our business with maximum safety and confidence.
SCHEDULE:
Banking Manager works at home 5 days a week. Generally 1 or 2 working hours a day are enough to cope with all the tasks. The highest level of accuracy is required because every mistake may lead to either the buyer's or seller's disappointment - and this is how the client can be lost. So we are kindly asking all our staff to be very careful at work.

En jaksanut lukea kokonaan, mutta epäilen huijausta. Kun haet duunia, niin jossain vaiheessa sulle varmaan alkaa tulla erilaisia kuluja. Yhä enemmän ja enemmän. Ja se onkin koko huijauksen idea. Sulta lypsetään rahaa. Ei heti vaan vasta myöhemmin.
Kuullostaa joko huijaukselta tai rahanpesulta. Yritys voisi käyttää maksuliikenteen hoitamiseen myös omaa pankkitiliään, joka pitäisi nuo kuvitteelliset ostajat ja myyjät tietämättöminä toisistaan.
Huijaukseen viittaisi seuraava:
