Nii juu, mihin tollasta sitten tarvitaan??
Normaalissa ilmailussa mukaanlukien sotilasilmailu moisella tuhottoman kalliilla järjestelmällä ei tee mitään.
Sukkula taas ei saa edes laskeutua jos ei ole "valtakunnan kavokki". Ja mikään järjestelmä ei sitä tosiasiaa tule muuttamaan.
Hyötyä NASA:lle? Hyötyä ilmailulle? Tuskin, mutta onhan se hyvä prassailla että on moinen systeemi. Vie taas hetkeksi huomion pois siitä onnettomasta tosiasiasta, että NASA on mennyt takapakkia viimeisen 15-vuoden aikana oikein reilusti.
