These people don't care much about any Bronze Soldier statue, rather just being drunk as hell and spoiling the city, just give them a reason, any reason.
Many of them are paid as less as 7 euros/per hour for what they are doing by "Öine Vahtkond" radicals.

By the way, Russians just recently removed a similar statue from their own country, from a town called "Himki". Search from Google with "himki russia statue".
In Estonia we are just re-moving the statue a couple of kilometers away from the city center area to the graveyard area - where such a things should be, but in Himki, Russia they just destroyed it.
