I am having a problems with the installation
of First Click, what can I do?

Symptom:
The installation went well until after I received the message

"You will need to register with First Click" or
"The FIRSTCLICKLINKS.EXE file is linked to missing export MFC42.DLL.6648"

Problem:
This is not a common problem and is generally caused by running older memory-resident applications that interfere with the FirstClick installation program. If a program running in the background uses certain .dll files, Windows cannot register the DLLs as they are already in use.

Solutions:
1 Visit the following Microsoft Web site http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp
2. In the Download Centre, click Keywords.
3. In the Keywords box, type "libraries update" (without the quotation marks)
4. In the Operating System box, click the appropriate operating system, then click Find It.
5. Click the link that is returned and then follow the instructions on the screen to install the Microsoft Libraries Update.
