A "housing disequilibrium" has no border, so the language is irrelevant.

I totally agree with the housing bubble is not only a Finnish problem ("ei suomen"), it's a global one.

Unfortunately, as in 1989, the press or people didn't want to talk or inform about it. So many people got trapped.

I think now, we are in a "transparency" world where the information can flow. It's powerful enough to help people making mistake which can be lifetime mistakes.

The blog I set up is not making stories, it's based on hard facts and usually rely on strong source such as :

-European Central Banks
-EKP
-ETLA
-Statistic Finland
-Tapiola Group
-FSA
