Don't beleive me, look in the credits!! Anyway, for the most part, the only way to get either of the mew or celbi is actually right under our noses. Tehy hid it in the most obvious spot, so obvious that no one would ever think to look there. YOUR FUCKN HOUSE!!! I'll tell you what to do, but be warned, the american version programmed it so that the secret takes a very longs time. So long in fact, that people would only get half way through it and then think that there isn't a celebi and just shark it. But here's what you do. p.s.- I haven't inished yet, but I saw my cousin's son's pokemon gold, which had a celebi. His red version has a mew, also. Well, here's what you do:
First, you do need to get all 250 poke'mon, not an easy task. But you do need to empty out you boxes, trust me. I even lost my level 97 Zapdos and all for this. Also, they have to be original trainer. To fix this, just trade for one you don't have, then breed them with a ditto and the egg will be yours. Then, you need to have 999999 money. This is a peice of cake. Mystery Gift with someone who has all level 100 pokemon and then use amulet coin, you get like 20000 dollars for it. Couple that with 10000 for the elite four and sell all of your tms and things. Sell ALL your items, trust me, you'll need the money. WAIT!!! Dont sell any of you pokeballs, keep THEM ALL! It'll save you some trouble in the end. Also, you'll need all level 100s for the celebi fight, he's tough. But all this fighting for money will boost your levels quick enough. Then what you do is buy 99 of every poke'ball there is, even the different types of balls from Kurt. You only need 1 master ball, though. All right, so have EVERY kind of pokeball and have 250 pokemon. Including Mew. Go to Mt. Silver, where you fought RED. Get into a fight and try to capture any pokemon. DONT LET ANY OF THEM BREAK OUT!!! IF you do, all will be wasted. A good idea is to use FALSE SWIPE, which lowers your opponents hp withou killing it. Well, catch pokemon until you run out of balls. By the time you get to your master ball, the phone will ring. Elm says something like, "{What ever you named your self} you've been sending in a lot of pokemon for my studies, thanks to you, my research is getting better results. Come here, I have a gift for you."
Trek your way back to New Bark Town. Thre, you'll see Elm, Oak,and even ASH, LANCE and a mysterious suit guy. There's a lot of talking, but basicaly, the suit guy tells you that your the greatest collector they've ever seen and have something for you. Ash, the elite champ congratulates you and so does lance. Elm hands you a ball, and says, "This is the lates product from the combined efforts of myself and SILPH. It is a ball that only works on certain types of pokemon, with mismatched types. We built it because there was a rumor that a psychic/grass type was living in the ILEX forest. We went there, but could not lure this creature out. This is for you, try to capture this magnificent pokemon." He hands you a GS ball. (Or gold and silver, if you couldn't figure it out.) When you go to the Ilex forest, of course there is nothing. REtun home to report that it was all a rumor. You go to your bed to sleep. A light flashed, and CELEBI Appears, at level 100. Thorwing you master balls dont work, celebi dodges them. I lost all the master balls I won at Golden rod tp figure that one out. 5 of em...Weaken it with False Swipe and then hypnosis. The GS ball actually only works on him is his hp is one, so it is imperative that you have false swipe. When yo catch him, you "White Out" Then the ending credtis play.
I know, its long, but you can't even do it withouh mew. I'll put that one on later. I have to go now, so bye.

juttelin ilex forestin vartian rakennuksissa oleville tyypeille ne sano että sielä on protector (suoja) jona sisällä nukkuu grass/psychi
tyyppinen poké joka osaa mennä todellisuudesta menneeseen tai tulevaan... siis protetorin sisällä
on celebi.... Koodi voi olla oikea...
Mutta voisikohan joku suomentaa mulle edes vähän...
