Taisi tuulipuvulla mennä taas kärryt hevosen edelle. Korkoasia meni täysin päinvastoin.

Tilannetta on vaikea hahmottaa. Olisiko niin, että asuntojen hinnat nousee kun talous kutistuu ja korot laskee? Samoin hinnat nousee kun korkoja joudutaan nostamaan talous kasvun (kyllä, se on kaksi sanaa) hillitsemiseksi. Hinnat nousevat molemmissa tapauksissa. En ymmärrä!
Tarkoittaa sitä että 2001 myydyn kaksion myyntivoitot hävisivät rahoihin sijoittamisen seurauksena.
