II was disgusted with the state of this hotel and could not believe how rude some of the staff were. This is the one and only bad review I’ve ever posted about a hotel. Firstly we found there were cockroaches in our bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living area, basically EVEYWHERE! We were in disbelief when we asked to move rooms and were told that we would need to pay a charge to move rooms! When we booked the hotel it was not advertised with cockroaches and there were extra charges for non cockroach rooms but they still insisted on us paying. . It didn’t even seem like they did the basic cleaning like brushing the floor. The bathroom was smelly and mouldy, and the cockroach carcasses on the floor seemed to remain there forever.
Customer service is the poorest I’ve ever experienced. One night we were sleeping and were woken by a telephone call from reception, the man was shouting us telling us he was going to speak to our rep, we asked what was wrong and he told us we had been screaming waking up the guests, we told him we were sleeping and he carried on ranting, it was very bizarre and insulting, eventually we hung up and complained to our rep in the morning. No apology though.
Some professional pictures in our room were scratched when we returned to our room the following day, completely malicious and unacceptable, we complained to the manager but he insisted that although only his staff had access to our room, they didn’t do it. They did not accept responsibility or apologise once again.
It is very noisy, there is an arcade downstairs and some karaoke going on and you can hear blasting music and noise till early hours of the morning. Not a good place to sleep!
Hence we stayed out of the filthy hotel as much as possible staying out late clubbing, eating elsewhere. However the final blow was when we returned from clubbing and the receptionist barked at us that we needed to remove our shoes as the noise from our heels may wake other guests, although there was a racket coming from outside!! Crazy!! We got so fed up we asked our rep to move us from this hell hole.
Highly not recommended, do not stay here, it’s a horror, you are warned!
No eipä tuo teksti kuulostanut kovin hohdokkaalta. Mutta löysin netistä myös ihan positiivisiakin kokemuksia. Että tiedä häntä. Siksi oisikin kiva kuulla onko suomalaisia käynyt tuossa hotellissa. Ilmeisesti asuu paljon espanjalaisia ja saksalaisia..
