We stayed 1 week ( our 4th visit in Tenerife) in Ten Bel. I paid round- trip tickets for 3 persons from Tenerifetransfer.com. When we arrived in Reina Sofia airport so the driver wasn´t in there. I called 3 times to an information number and after 40 minutes came some pick- up car which took another couble in car too.
We went to Playa de las Americas at 1st and after that to Ten Bel.
The driver promised that they come to take us to airport after our holiday.
The pick- up time was 10.40 a.m. We stayed over 40 minutes in reception and called to number of info. Nobody answered. The staff tried to call too, no one did answer.
It was very stupid service and they did so bad mistake for small money (they won 26 euros only).
At now they get many negative comments and thoughts in discussions and when we speak to people if they want to buy a shuttle taxi from airport to their hotel.
I don´t save my words when I tell my negative experiencies of Tenerifetransfer.com .
Always when u travel to Tenerife so take normal taxi or some other taxi in airport.

Tenerifetransfer.com took 53 euros. Very expensive.
