Jump to the large rock that will be downstream from the third section of bridge. Jump to the next rock, which will give out from underneath you, and quickly jump to the third rock.
Enemies will now attack. Use the ledges to reach a platform that you can shoot from. Shoot the barrel in the back of the car, launching the vehicle into a space between the rocks
