Eli kirjoitus virhe tuli koneen nimessä. Piti kirjoittaa marjatta, mutta tuli vahingossa marajatta. Mistä pääsee muuttamaan vai onnistuuko ollenkaan?

Vanhimmat
tee uusi tili oikealla nimellä ja sen jälkeen poista toinen. Samalla ennen poistoa tästä uudesta voi tehdä pääkäyttäjän...

P.S. toivottavasti viisaammat kertoo parempia vinkkejä...
Saat vaihdettua sen muokkaamalla /etc/passwd tiedostoa. ja /etc/shadow tiedostoa.
Ja Uudelleen nimeämällä oman käyttäjä hakemiston jos haluat että se on sama kuin tunnus.

noitten editointi: sudo nano /etc/passwd
Helpompaa on tietysti luoda uusi käyttäjä tili ja poistaa vanha...
käyttäjän nimi ja salasana ovat oikein, mutta koneen nimessä on virhe. Käyttöä se ei haittaa, mutta nimi on Marjatta, joten Marajatta häiritsee pikkasen :)
Mitään uutta tiliä en jaksa asennella, koska Linuksessa on kaikki muokattavissa, joten tuokin täytyy olla ;)

"Change the Computer Name
System->Administration->Networking
Select the General tab. Enter the name of the computer in the Hostname field.
Click OK, close all open applications and reboot."
Tai:
"1. Open a terminal window.
2. Input the following command and hit Enter:
gksudo gedit /etc/hostname
3. When prompted, enter the administrator password and click the OK button.
4. The hostname file will open, displaying the current computer name. Replace the current computer name with the desired new name.
5. Click Save.
6. Close all open windows and restart your system.
After your system has restarted, it will have the new computer name."
