They flow through my heart. Sometimes bubbling, because disturbance is still around... I trust the highest rhytm. You should try to do so too... Why to trust any shrink, if they quit fighting against the society... They don't follow the rhytm as you categories as hippies... See the eyes of an individual... And you might see them in your dreams.
