TAP is to fly from Lisbon to Helsinki from June of next year with a basic five flights a week to the new destination.
Luiz Mor, airline transport administrator announced the new destinations during the signing of an agreement with the Portuguese Department of Tourism.
At the event Luiz Mor considered that “the beginning of flights to Helsinki means that the TAP destination network now serves all the capitals of Scandinavian countries", Luiz Mor stated.
With these new routes TAP is extending and diversifying its European network, reinforcing its role in the uptake of the flow of visitors to Portugal originating from high potential markets and offering a major contribution to the national tourism sector.

Uutista, kun keskustelupalstalla huhuttiin reilu kuukausi sitten TAP:in aloittavan lennot kesällä Helsinkiin.
Tästä TAP:sta oli juttua tuolla Finnair-osionkin alla, mutta näkyy että on poistettu. Väärän otsikon allahan se oli mutta muiuten kai ihan asiallinen ketju.
meinasin siellä kysyä, mutta laitankin tähän, jos joku huomaisi: Meillä lento Lissaboniin Tukholman kautta. HEl-Tukholma Finnair, Tukholma-Lissabon TAP. Samalla lipulla ovat. Mutta kun kuuluvat eri allianssiin, niin tehdäänkö lähtöselvitys kaikkineen valnmiiksi jo Hesassa vai pitääkö vielä Tukholmassa käydä hakemassa boarding passit jostain?
