flickering shadows on the wall
teardrops like a waterfall
reaching for something in vain
realising emptiness in pain
no one can read my mind
for darkness is so blind
hearing a newborn cry
elderly into the eternity sigh
time is slipping by
but too slow to die
so little time to dream
before dawn shows its`beam
teardrops like a waterfall
reaching for something in vain
realising emptiness in pain
no one can read my mind
for darkness is so blind
hearing a newborn cry
elderly into the eternity sigh
time is slipping by
but too slow to die
so little time to dream
before dawn shows its`beam

Varsinkin tuo loppu runostasi, Josephinea !
"On niin vähän aikaa unelmoida
ennen kuin aamurusko näyttää ensimmäisen säteensä"
Niinhän se onkin,
kuinka voisi enää unelmoida mistään,
kun aamurusko näyttää ensimäisen säteensä
after long nights darkness.
(If I understood it in right way...)
"Aika livahtaa ohitse,
mutta liian hitaasti kuolemiseen (kuollakseen?)"
"Kukaan ei voi lukea minun mieltäni,
sillä pimeys on sokea
kuulemaan vastasyntyneen itkua"
And teardrops like a Waterfall
saavuttamassa jotakin turhaan
So , what can tears help,
except that ice will melt
in hearts mountains.
So i think You are Poetry.
I must now go and see
what kind of emptiness
there is in my pain
Thanks for your
exellent poem!
-The bird,
in the polar night-
for your nice comment,
you understood it well except one part
"hearing the newborn cry
elderly into the eternetity sigh"
Kiitos kaunis kuitenkin!
I close my eyes
The lantern dies
The scent of awakening
Wildhoney and dew
Childhood games
Woods and lakes
Streams of silver
Toys of olden days
The flowers of wonder
And the hidden treasures
In the meadow of life
My acre of heaven
A newborn winterheart
In a place called home
Sailing the waves of past
Rocking chair without a dreamer
A wooden swing without laughter
Sandbox without toy soldiers
Yuletide without the Flight
Dreambound for life
Flowers wither, treasures stay hidden
Until I see the 1st star of fall
All that just before dawn
Also how here is so wonderfull poems?
The shakespeares have come back ?
(I must take my wordbook out again)
"one bird of wonder"
You write words that are real and true
Beautiful, yet so blue...
words through my soul, that´s all.
Thank you for your nice words.
then you must have a beautiful soul.
and dreams are all I have left to keep me going.
I hope that your dreams come true.
keep on going, don't forget them.
bird.
