Rent includes water, electricity, internet access, any rum I might have left behind and an ugly roller blind. I can also leave a desktop pc, table, stereos, bed, linen, bass guitar for you to use for free (the deposit being just your head).
At the moment 2/3 of the flatmates are short-term, an Opeth fan from Spain, Italian dancer guy and the long-term tenant being a German architect. I do not really care but others would probably prefer a female tenant, just to have a gender ratio of 1:1. You're welcome to try though. Oh, and this isn't really a party flat.
And of course all usual blahblah apply here, like you have to clean up your own mess and such, I think you now.
I can show you the flat and room on weekdays somewhere after 18:00. Probably I do not know where my phone is or it is set as silent so contact me by email, I read it too often anyway.
