Please, give your suggestion of improving the service at the back of the form --> Ole hyvä ja anna ehdotuksesi palvelun parantamiseksi lomakkeen kääntöpuolelle.
You might want to check singular/plural forms, do you mean by "you" : "sinä" in singular or "te" in plural as "you three clients right in front of me" or "te" as in the more polite, these days slightly old fashioned sense, "you Mr Virtanen". If you mean "te" in plural, the verb takes a plural, but if you mean the polite "te, herra Virtanen", the verb takes a singular form.
Sheehs it's difficult to write this stuff in English!
"Your expectation -- Teidän odotus"
Your expectation -- Teidän odotuksenne (in the same way I would say "minun odotukseni, sinun odotuksesi, heidän odotuksensa), always in plural!
"Teidän odotuksenne" is not necessarily plural ;)
For example: *Minun koira. (incorrect Finnish!)
->you have to add the possessive suffix: Minun koirani. (Sinun koirasi. Hänen koiransa...)
