Please take a great care and caution before you sign a contract with Finndomkoti!

I am currently constructing my house by using a house package from Finndomkoti (Vaajatalo). I have a lot of troubles with the company. Here are my advices based on my experiences.

1. Anything agreed with a Finndomkoti house dealer must have a record by written, voice or vidoe records. Never trust what the dealer explanation and promise orally.
2. Carefully make a contract. All the wording should be clearly understanding based on your knowledge. The contract should list all inculdings as small as screws in terms of their type and number. Also list all excluding. If you have something not sure, make it clear by writen way. Don't just get orally explanation. Try not leave any words or sentences which need further intepretion! This sounds like a mission impossible, but if one cannot do this, he/she will found it is impossible to have the house like that he/she planned within agreed price!
3. A good contract is just a start of the journey. You bet you will meet problems later.

If there are somebody inseterested in my story, I shall granually tell them later one by one based on facts. It is my pleasure if my story will help one to avoid the bad experiences happen again.
