" Actual computers are HARDWARE, and hardware can not be "sick" in this or any other way that damages other computer users on a regular basis. Hardware "health problems" are things like broken power supplies that just blow up the computer (ok, losing data not backed up yet) but DO NOT hassle maybe thousands other users with spam and what not for maybe weeks.
Those are SOFTWARE problems, so it's wrong to speak about "sick PCs", you should only say "sick software".
The real problem here is the abysmal ignorance, first among politicians and then in the general public, of what computer hardware and software really are. Real education is needed. Soon. "
