Where can i meet finn people in Tampere?

Hi, i'm a italian student and currently i'm living in Tampere since August 2010 (I'm studying at Uni of Tampere), it's a very nice country and probably i will choose again Finland to continue my studies for the master degree.
I chose this country because i'd like to know native people and talk about everything, the problem is they are shy, reserved, I know the importance of personal space in Finland and maybe there are stereotypes to foreign people.
Can u suggest some place (pub or something bacause i already know Tivoli, Senssi and Saha but they aren't places where u can have a discussion in relax) where can i meet finn people?

I know the question may seem stupid and unnecessary but I think it's very complicated to know them.
