Uutta kotia vailla olisi viisi vuotta Suomessa asunut ja Helsingin yliopistossa maisterin tutkinnon IT-alalta suorittanut 29-vuotias kenialaismies. Olen vakituisessa työsuhteessa ja luottotietoni ovat kunnossa. Olen järjestelmällinen ja tykkään pitää kotini siistinä. Olen uutta kotia vailla, koska aikaisemmat kämppikseni ovat avioitumassa ja näin ollen toivovat ydinperhemäisempää asumismuotoa.
Toivoisin asunnon sijaitsevan joko kantakaupungin alueella tai kohtuullisella etäisyydellä keskustasta hyvien kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Minulla ei ole lemmikkieläimiä ja tupakoin vain ulkona. Toivoisin vuokran olevan 400-500 €/kk, mutta hyvästä asunnosta voin maksaa enemmänkin. Vuokrakattoni lienee tuolla 650€/kk paikkeilla.
I’m a 29-year-old Kenyan man looking for a new home. I have lived in Finland for 5 years and took my Masters Degree in IT in University of Helsinki. I’m permanently employed. I’m organised and like to keep my home tidy. I’m looking for a new home because my former flatmates are getting married and wish to create a family home for themselves.
The apartment/room I’m looking for should be located in the city or on reasonable distance alongside good connections with public transportation. I do not have pets and I only smoke outdoors. I would prefer the rent to be in the region of 400-500€/month, but I’m willing to pay up to 650€/month for a good apartment.
