Oikeus on eri asia, kuin realiteettien puute. Esim. kotimaisten yhdistysten työnantajasabotaasi kansainvälisen bisneksen muutoksen edessä on oman oksan sahaamista. Tai työrauhan rikkominen mm. laittomilla ulosmarsseilla, joilla täysin varoittamatta vaikeutetaan matkustajien elämää lopettamalla työnteko yhtäkkiä, jollakin saattaa olla vaikka elanto kiinni jostain työmatkasta.
Ammattiyhdistykset ovat tärkeitä, itsekin kuulun ammattiyhdistykseen. Suomalaisten ay-liikkeet vain toimivat liian usein lain väärällä puolella. Mm. Pron tj tuomittu oikeudessa laittomuuksista työtoimissaan. Ei niin. Pron arvostus nollassa juuri näiden takia.
