I bought this 2012 Ford Focus new 3 weeks ago. It has spent 1.5 weeks at the dealership for repairs. The climate control broke the day I drove it home. The 1 touch up 1 touch down window broke a week later when I took it back from them. Now I'm noticing problems on the inside and Tedd Britt Ford refused to take it back. They keep saying they will make repairs. Waiting to hear from Ford HQ

Ford Focus 1.8 TDCi 115 engine problem - knocking/ticking sound

Problem diagnosed: Faulty high pressure pump. So my focus is making a knocking/ticking/tapping noise (when driving it's more noticeable and very rattly). The engine is also quite shaky at around 1000-1100rpm. It get's louder after driving the car for about 10 minutes.
