We rent a beautiful holidayflat for July and August just right on the Denube river!
Our flat is situated in the nice and old part of Urfahr/Linz, 15min walk distance from the city center. The Danube river which is just 2 minutes away, is calling you for enjoying your breakfast picnic on it‘s peacefull small beaches!
The house is a beautiful old building just recently renovated. Our flat got renovated last year just before we moved in, so everything is still new and shiny.
The flat is around 70square metres and includes;
- a kitchen with all facilities (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffemachine etc.)
- dining room (with a big wooden dining table for up to 8 people),
- shower and bathroom (washingmachine)
- 2 bedrooms (one smaller for 1, and one bigger for 2).
- third room, which is originaly a livingroom, but at the moment it is seperated with a cupboard and used as a third bedroom. (a bed for 2)
The house has a small inneryard, and a recycling unit for garbage is just around the corner. The publictransport (tram lines 1, 2,3 and regional busses) are 7min walk distance away. The closest tram station is calle Rudolfstrasse, and it‘s right on the bridge that crosses the Danube.
If you long for nature, you can get into the green in just few minutes, the flat is surrounded by great outdoor locations. You can choose either to take a pathway along the riverside (there is the beach boulevard and marked routes for jogging and cycling), or climb up the hills of Pöstlingberg or Freinberg.
If you are a friend of culture, in July and August there are great opportunities for seeing various international artists even for free:

The rent for a month is 900e, including gas, electricity and internet.
