The rent will be paid monthly, to my bank account. The apartment can be rented from 3 months up to 10 years.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract.
Since I am unable to come to there personally, I have hired a major real estate agency from United Kingdom,specialized in international rentals, to represent me.
They are called Home Rental Connections. http://homesrentalconnections.com/
This agency will offer you an inspection of the flat, and handle the payment, delivery the keys and send you the documents.
Here is how it works :
1 - To start this transaction, I need your full name, address and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period for the contract.
2 - I will go at Home Rental Connections office to drop off the keys and documents of the house, and I will made the rental agreement between me and you, I will sign it and the real estate will sign it the same.
3 - Home Rental Connections will verify the documents, and send you an invoice with all payment and delivery information, also the rental agreement.
4 - At this point you will have to pay 1 month of rent the caution as a security deposit to Home Rental Connections, according to the instructions from the invoice.
This will be a guarantee that they will not send you the keys without an insurance that you rent the flat. The deposit will be only a temporary guarantee,and will not obligate you to rent the apartment.After you will see the apartment, if for any reason you decide do not rent it than you can send the keys back and the real estate will give you a full refund.
The money will remain in their management until you have checked the apartment and confirm that everything is OK and want to rent it.
5 - After you will pay the deposit, Home Rental Connections will send you the keys in the next 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday).
I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no extra costs for you.
Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move out immediately, we can arrange the deposit and inspection now, and consider the flat reserved for you.
If everything is OK, please email me the details that I requested above, so I can make the arrangements.
I look forward to your quick response, because there are several others interested in the apartment, and I need to know if I can count on a deal with you.
