Kemiallisen aseen kiellon rikkominen
Joka kemiallisten aseiden kehittämisen, tuotannon, varastoinnin ja käytön kieltämistä sekä niiden hävittämistä koskevan yleissopimuksen (SopS 19/1997) vastaisesti
1) muuten kuin 5–7 §:ssä tarkoitetulla tavalla käyttää kemiallista asetta,
2) kehittää, tuottaa, muutoin hankkii, varastoi, pitää hallussaan tai kuljettaa kemiallisen aseen taikka
3) osallistuu sotilaalliseen valmisteluun kemiallisen aseen käyttämiseksi,
on tuomittava kemiallisen aseen kiellon rikkomisesta vankeuteen vähintään neljäksi kuukaudeksi ja enintään kuudeksi vuodeksi.

For the purposes of this Convention:
1. "Chemical Weapons" means the following, together or separately:
(a) Toxic chemicals and their precursors, except where intended for purposes not prohibited under this Convention, as long as the types and quantities are consistent with such purposes;
(b) Munitions and devices, specifically designed to cause death or other harm through the toxic properties of those toxic chemicals specified in subparagraph (a), which would be released as a result of the employment of such munitions and devices;
(c) Any equipment specifically designed for use directly in connection with the employment of munitions and devices specified in subparagraph (b).
2. "Toxic Chemical" means:
Any chemical which through its chemical action on life processes can cause death, temporary incapacitation or permanent harm to humans or animals. This includes all such chemicals, regardless of their origin or of their method of production, and regardless of whether they are produced in facilities, in munitions or elsewhere.

Jokainen saa ottaa kiinni verekseltä tai pakenemasta tavatun rikoksentekijän, jos rikoksesta saattaa seurata vankeutta tai rikos on lievä pahoinpitely, näpistys, lievä kavallus, lievä luvaton käyttö, lievä moottorikulkuneuvon käyttövarkaus, lievä vahingonteko tai lievä petos. (12.7.2002/615)
Jokainen saa ottaa kiinni myös sen, joka viranomaisen antaman etsintäkuulutuksen mukaan on pidätettävä tai vangittava.
Kiinni otettu on viipymättä luovutettava poliisimiehelle.
Jos kiinniotettava tekee vastarintaa tai pakenee, kiinniottaja saa käyttää sellaisia kiinniottamisen toimittamiseksi tarpeellisia voimakeinoja, joita voidaan pitää kokonaisuutena arvioiden puolustettavina, kun otetaan huomioon rikoksen laatu, kiinniotettavan käyttäytyminen ja tilanne muutenkin.
