V: Room in comm. flat, Malminkartano from 24.12 /short or long time

13,7 square meters partly furnished room in 3 person flat of 74 square meters in Malminkartano 100 meters from the M train station and 15 minutes to the centre of Helsinki. The room is free is free from the 24 th of december for shorter or longer time, but at minimum from january to the beginning of february.   Other periods are more flexible.  

By 10 min train travel is the Huopalahti train station from which is local train connection to Leppävaara and Espoo.   The travel time to these places is about the same time as from the centrum of Helsinki.

The rent water fee is 348.50 € / month.  And the collateral to the landlord is two months rent.

In the two other rooms do live: I . Ilmari who is social scientist and can discuss almost any science ---- and Malin, a bohemian artist who is mostly occupyed with her own projects.

We do not use alcohol or smoke - except I sometimes on parties.
Nor do we listen any too loud music.  I listen most  ambient-electro music

There is is common kitchen,  microwave oven, shower room, washing machine and cheap broadband internet connenction.
