German news magazine Focus on Saturday cited Hans-Peter Uhl, parliamentary spokesman on interior policy for the conservatives, as saying Cisco needed to be required by contract not to pass sensitive material to the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA).
He said the German government wanted to monitor U.S. contracting companies more closely in future.

NSA-yhteistyötä tekevät firmat pitää asettaa toimintakieltoon ja karkoittaa koko EU-alueelta. MIllään firmalla ei ole oikeutta luovuttaa EU-kansalaisten tietoja USA:han millään perusteella. Tämä merkitsee Microsoftin ja Googlen sekä Facebookin ajamista pois EU-alueelta ja näiden palvelujen korvaamista eurooppalaisilla vaihtoehdoilla.
Vielä parempi olisi katkaista kaikki suhteet, myös diplomaattisuhteet USA:han ja eristää kyseinen röyhkeä häirikkövaltio pois maailman polittiikan näyttämöltä kokonaan.
