Of course. I learn by hearing and I almost never hear Swedish so I'm not very good at it but I'm not too bad either (because I study hard :D At least I did)
I think my English is little bit rusty at the moment but I'll improve it! :D
I was very bad at English when I started to learn it in 3th grade because I didn't make my homework (I didn't study to word exams) but then slowly in 5th grade I started to get better by studying to wordtests and in 7th grade I was pretty good! I still have troubles particularly with prepositions.
So you speak Swedish for native? :) I'm just curious, you learn Finnish at school? How is it? Why some people don't learn it even though they LIVE in Finland? I mean they must hear it kinda often?
No, I don't speak Swedish for native, I speak Finnish. I only wondered why people don't speak Swedish in Svenskaklubben and decided make this conversation, when Icepicked told that they don't speak Swedish well enough.
Yes. My Swedish is unbelievably rusty since I've put no effort in it during the past few years. English doesn't really need any effort put into it since I hear it on a daily basis and I tend to think in English.
I too was terrible at English when I began to study it in 5th grade. I never really studied it but somehow I got better at it and got an E in my A-levels. I also got 9 from oral test I took voluntarily, yet accidentally, since I didn't realize it was an oral course before it had already begun. Oops :D
Moderately. I am good at the grammar, but my pronunciation (??) is pretty bad. Also my stupid cellphone wants to put a capital letter in the beginning of every word...

I'm pretty good at grammar, and my pronouncation is really good as well. Well, I'm not sure 'bout that really good, but I'm still better english-speaker than my classmates. Feels good man.

I speak English better than Swedish but I am not good at Eglish. Particularly listening comprehension and speking are very difficult. English is an important language so I am going to study all English courses in upper secondary school.
