Mahtavaa, tälläiset hullut antavat Jacksonin puolustukselle vain enemmän näyttöä ja todisteita siitä kuinka häntä koko ajan rahastetaan ja kiristetään! :D
New suit accuses Michael Jackson of sexual assault
Thursday, November 4, 2004
NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (CNN) -- A lawsuit has been filed accusing pop star Michael Jackson of sexual assault more than 20 years ago -- the memory of which the new accuser says he repressed until recently.
In a civil lawsuit filed Monday in federal court in New Orleans, Jackson is accused of sexual assault and battery, and false imprisonment.
The accuser claims that when he was 18 years old, Jackson had "harmful or offensive contact with an intimate part" of his body, allegedly during a nine-day period in May 1984.
He accuses Jackson of "sexually offensive contacts," cutting him "with a razor blade," puncturing his chest "with steel wire," "biting" him and making him consume "mood-altering substances."
The accuser alleges the crimes took place in a limousine while traveling from Louisiana to California, and in a building in California, and says that in both situations his "freedom of movement" was restrained and he was thus prevented from calling for help.
The accuser also alleges that Jackson and "Jackson's employees, at his direction, directly or indirectly" subjected him to "physical force, intimidation and duress to both allow Jackson to commit false imprisonment" and to "ensure the secrecy of those acts."
He says the ordeal led to "denial, repression, accommodation and disassociation" that caused his experiences with Jackson to be "subconsciously repressed."
According to the document, the accuser, now an adult, "denied the existence" and the "impact" of his false imprisonment until November of 2003, when a television special detailing the current molestation charges the entertainer faces in Santa Barbara County, California, aired and "enabled him to remember the incidents."
"It's certainly not your everyday case," the accuser's attorney, Art Murray, told CNN. "I believe in the claims being made. I wouldn't have filed suit if I didn't."
He declined to discuss the case further other than to point out that the federal requirements to file suit had been met. He said the suit had not yet been served on Jackson.
"We will find out the details and deal with it as we do with all other claims and lawsuits against Michael," longtime Jackson attorney Brian Oxman told CNN. Oxman is also one of the defense attorneys currently representing Jackson against the molestation charges.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages for a wide range of alleged physical and emotional harm.
Last June, the Los Angeles Police Department announced that an investigation into other charges of child abuse against Michael Jackson -- in which the alleged victim also claimed to have recently recalled repressed memories of molestation during the 1980s -- found "no evidence that any crime occurred" and said "no charges will be sought."
Sources familiar with the LAPD investigation told CNN the new case is not related to that one.
Jackson is currently battling charges of child molestation, conspiracy and giving alcohol to a minor stemming from a grand jury indictment rendered last April in Santa Barbara County.

Jacksonia vastaan uusi hyväksikäyttösyyte
05.11.2004 12:04
Michael Jacksonia vastaan on nostettu taas uusi hyväksikäyttösyyte. Joseph Bartucci -niminen mies on yhtäkkiä ryhtynyt muistelemaan, että Jackson käytti häntä hyväkseen 20 vuotta sitten.
Bartucci nosti kanteen Jacksonia vastaan tällä viikolla Louisianassa.
Jackson on jo pitkään sanonut olevansa tekaistuihin syytöksiin perustuvien oikeusjuttujen kohde. Hänen mukaansa ihmiset haluavat vain kiristää häneltä rahaa.
Juu ei voi muuta kuin nauraa makeasti! Uhkasivat oikein aseella pakottaen seksiin?! Give me a break... xD
Linnaan vaan se pervo äijä, kyllä siellä linnassa löytyy sille 150kg poikia.
Kyllä maailma on täynnä hulluja. Kun luin tän jutun en tiennyt itkeä vai nauraa. Kuinka paljon paskaa tän miehen pitää kestää?
tässä olisi lisä uutinen tuohon sun juttuun
Jackson Accuser Accused
The ex-girlfriend of Michael Jackson's latest accuser is speaking out and labeling her ex a con man.
Hope Horne, of Pineville, Louisiana, spoke exclusively to "Celebrity Justice." She told us Joseph Thomas Bartucci, Jr., is her ex-boyfriend, and sje claimed that long before Bartucci filed a lawsuit accusing Jackson of graphic sexual molestation, she knew he was planning to do it.
"When I was watching 'Celebrity Justice,' I was just shocked," Horne said. "I couldn't believe he went through with it. He told me a couple of months before that he was going to sue Mr. Jackson, and I told him he was full of it. I am speaking out because I don't want to see this con man ruin a person who already has enough on his plate."
"CJ" has learned that Bartucci filed another suit in 2001, accusing a Louisiana reverend of sexual molestation, claiming the minister "demanded that the plaintiff's masturbation was necessary in order to purify and avoid going to hell."
Attorneys for both sides say that the suit settled out of court with the terms confidential. Bartucci's lawyer on that case told "CJ" that his client seemed truthful, but the reverend's lawyer said it was a totally meritless suit that devastated the minister and his family.
"I'm angry that he's doing this," Hope told us. "I feel hurt that he's doing this and glad that maybe I'll see justice served. He's a total con artist and a liar."
Hope says she's surprised that Bartucci is also facing a civil suit, in which a woman claims he used "fraudulent conduct" and "obtained title" to her insurance policy. That woman's lawyer claims Bartucci faked a convulsion during a deposition, about which Hope said, "It does not shock me at all."
As for the Jackson case, Bartucci claims the abuse happened in 1984 when he was 18 and he repressed the memory of it until 2003 when he saw a Court TV episode and then decided to sue.
So what's Hope's theory on why Bartucci is accusing Jackson of sexual assault, cutting him with a razor blade and puncturing his chest with steel wire? "He's trying to get a quick buck," Hope said. "He thinks Michael Jackson will pay him off and shut him up."
We tried, but couldn't find Mr. Bartucci for comment on all this. We also repeatedly called the attorney representing Bartucci on the Jackson suit, but could not reach him.
