Bought a air ticket from ebookers.fi to fly from Helsinki to New Delhi but when i reached the airport on time however, flight was cancelled as the airliner (German Wings) had cancelled all the flight to fly from Helsinki. So, i called the ebookers but they could not help as they responded they had no idea the flight was cancelled. Finally, i had to buy a new ticket for 600 Euro and fly instantly as my visa was due to expire the same day.
Now the problem,
I claimed airliner to pay for the alternative ticket i.e 600 Euro but they are refusing to pay. Where should i claim that money? As a student that is a lot of money to me.
