A common religion in Finland

Christianity. In the core of Christianity is the gospel, God's salvation in Christ Jesus:

God is triune: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. God created the universe. He created us, human beings, in His image and gave us a conscience and a freedom of choice.

Humans chose against the righteousness of God and so fell in sin. The whole of humanity is in a fallen state. Fallenness in sin means the following things: the practice of evil and lies in thoughts, words, attitudes and deeds; fallenness in sin has also caused infirmity and mortality in humankind.

The just wages of sin is death and condemnation. God is perfectly just.

But God is also merciful and graceful. He Himself was born a man in the Son, Christ Jesus. In Jesus the glory and the righteousness of God was seen in human flesh. By the power of His eternal spirit Jesus Christ atoned for our sins on the cross of Golgatha and overcame sin, death and condemnation – He rose from the dead! Jesus has suffered the condemnation and punishment for us.

Those who receive Jesus Christ in faith as their Savior and Lord, shall have God's forgiveness and an eternal life with God – whoever they are. In the Son, Jesus, God has prepared His salvation to all the nations of the world and every living soul.

God expresses His identity and holy will in the Bible. The gospel I shared with you above is based on the declaration in the Bible texts.
