http://fin.afterdawn.com/artikkelit/arkisto/dvd-9_dvdr-levylle_dvd_shrinkilla.cfm
Mutta tosiaan viisaammat neuvokoot miten tuota winellä käytetään..
k3b
Look here: http://lakedaemon.netmindz.net/dvd9to5/
a command-line perl script
dvd9to5 uses tcrequant to shrink the video so that it will fit on a 4.4G disc
It rips the dvd to a video and a audio file requantisize the video and multiplex the new video together with the original audio at a
maximum of 4.4G, from there it uses dvdauthor to generate the dvd structure and growiso to write the disc.
The quality is excellent (in many cases no compression is needed) and all chapters are preserved. It only handle's 1 title, and note
that every menu item is representing a title (dvd::rip gives you an excellent overview of the titles on a DVD) and you would typically
select the biggest title (the main movie)when backing up a dvd. that means that there is no menu, commersials, trailers, etc. on the
back-up - what a drag
You need approx. 15-20G free space on the hdd.
