Lots of people here predict a crash in housing price like in early 1990's.
The money printed and issued by central banks are usually growing at a speed of about 8%/year. Only in exceptional years like in early 1990, the amount of money was actually shrinked for few years in USA and in the world including in Finland. That caused a crash in housing price, not only in Finland but also in the world.
Now if we look around world, the money circulation M3 is still going up like crazy. In Euro zone, it is still going up at about 8% year rate due to the historically low interest rate.
There may be short-term pressure to push the interest rate up but long-term vision is that the interest rate will going down in general in the next 20 years.
The world in now in a state of over-liquidity. Yes you don't find money in your pocket. I don't find money in my pocket. But statistics shows that somebody else has more and more money in their pockets and they are crazy to find a place to keep the value of their money.
Suomen pankki prints 8% more money every year. The Finnish current-account balance is also positive for many years. It means more money is also flowing into Finland than flowing out. It means the real money grows inside Finland could be 10-20%/year.
Sure the price can fluxtuate a bit but don't expect a real crash in the next 20 years.

Tottakai kasvaa.
Tästä on ihan turha enää jankuttaa täällä.
