Wohnung aus Deutschland

Hallo!

How expensive departments are in Germany. For example in Bonn, Düsseldorf, Müchen, Stuttgart?

I should rent a department for two monts on next summer. Is it easy or hard to find a department to so short time?

A department should locate in centrum or near some subbahn station. Is 300 euro for mont too less?

Well, that depends! Munich and Düsseldorf are very very expensive. About Bonn I cannot say anything. Stuttgart seems to be the cheapest of the mentioned cities (towns).

If you don't want to spend much money on paying rent you should look for a room in a flat where several people share kitchen, WC, bath and rent but have got their own rooms (Wohngemeinschaft). Then 300 € are possible. Here is an address you should check: www.munichx.de. That website helps people who are looking for a flat/room in Germany.

Another possibility is the "Mitwohnzentrale". There flats are registered whose owners don't use them for some months or even years but don't want to give them up. So you would be an in-between-tenant or lodger. I think that would be a good idea for you. Unfortunately I don't know the exact web address, maybe it's www.mitwohnzentrale.de but I'm not sure. You should check that out via google.

Hi,
as others pointed out, 300,- for an apartment in city is not very much. And for two months you probably don't really need one.

Others recommended Mitwohnzentrale -- probably a good site, but I personally (without getting paid for advertising!) found www.easy-wg.de a good site. Thru that site I've found three flatmates for my too-big apartment already. :-)

  • Hallo Purilainen,
