Olen aikaisemmin käyttänyt Konqueria selaimena, mutta kyllästyin hitauteen ja temppuiluun joillakin sivuilla. Firefox pelittää muuten hyvin, mutta ei löydä plugineista Macromedia Flashplayeria, vaikka Konqueror sen löysi (on siis asennettu koneelle).
Firefoxin ohjeissa neuvotaan tsekkaamaan pluginit:
Tools -> options jne. mutta Tools valikosta ei edes löydy Options -valintaa. Siis niinku mitä tarttis tehdä?

Löytyykö sinulla tuolta libflashplayer.so?

flashplayer.xpt seuraavissa paikoissa?

Firefoxia en muista, en tykkää siitä, mutta Mozillassa asennetut pluginnit löytyyt Help/About plugins.
Löytyy nuo mainitsemasi failit hakemistosta
/usr/lib/browser-plugins
sellasta hakemistoa kun /usr/local/mozilla/plugins ei löydy
Tää on 64-bittinen suse, joten sellainenkin hakemisto löytyy kuin
/usr/lib64/browser-plugins
siellä noita faileja ei ole, mutta eipä auttanut niiden kopiointi sinne
jotain pluginsseja löytyy myös hakemistosta
/opt/MozillaFirefox/plugins (nsdejavu.so ja libnullplugin.so)
tuohon viimeksimainittuun ei voi kopioida näköjään mitään, kun Firefox ei toimi sen jälkeen ollenkaan, vai pitääkö failit poistaa muista hakemistoista kopioinnin jälkeen. Onpas vaikeeta.

Pakko käyttää siis 32 bittistä Firefoxia, jos pluginit haluaa.
Näin on. Toivottavasti Macromedia ryhdistäytyy pikaisesti, muuta ei voi tehdä kuin odotella.
