Symptom(s):
Television is not recognized.
Unable to enable TV-out.
Solution:
The following steps should resolve most problems with being unable to enable TV-out:
Enable TV-out in the Intel® Graphics Driver tab:
Click Start >> Control Panel (or Settings >> Control Panel) >> Display >> Settings >> Advanced >> Intel® Extreme Graphics or Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver >> Graphics Properties, and then select TV as the Display Device and click OK.
Shut down the computer, attach the TV-out cable and power on the TV.
Detach the regular computer monitor from the computer, power on the computer, and then check the Intel Graphics Driver tab to see if the TV is detected.
Lower the desktop screen resolution to 1024x768 or below.
Check the BIOS setup for a setting to enable TV-out at bootup.
Update the system BIOS. Check with the computer manufacturer for system BIOS updates.
Update to the latest graphics drivers.

Seuraavien toimenpiteiden pitäisi ratkaista useimmat ongelmat TV-out:n päälle asettamissa.
Aseta TV-out päälle Intel(r) Graphics Driver välilehdeltä:
Avaa Käynnistä-valikko >> Ohjauspaneeli (tai Asetukset >> Ohjauspaneeli) >> Näyttö >> Asetukset >> Lisäasetukset >> Intel(r) Extreme Graphics tai Intel(r) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver >> Graphics Properties ja valitse TV näyttölaitteeksi (ensisijaiseksi näytöksi) ja paina OK.
Sammuta tietokone, kiinnitä TV-out-kaapeli ja käynnistä TV.
Irrota tavallinen tietokoneen näyttö tietokoneesta, käynnistä tietokone ja tarkista Intel Graphics Driver-välilehdeltä onko TV tunnistettu.
Laske työpöydän kuvatarkkuus 1024x768:aan tai sen alle.
Tarkista onko BIOS:issa asetusta TV-out:n käynnistämiseksi tietokoneen käynnistyksen yhteydessä.
Päivitä BIOS. Tarkista tietokoneen valmistajan BIOS-päivitykset.
Päivitä näytönohjain ajan tasalle.
Tunnistetaan käytössä oleva TV-out tai DVI-siru.
TV-out on Black & White (NTSC/PAL/SECAM - valinta)
Kannattaa tarkistaa että Intelin korttisi on asetettu tunnistamaan tv:si malli oikein, eli siis tuo PAL on oikein asetuksissa... siitä itse ainakin lähtisin liikkeelle.
