We are an english family living in Finland. I do know some Finnish, but find it hard to write it, so I am writing in English.
Our baby girl was born last month. We are finding it hard to come up with a good English name, but at the same time it has to work in Finland too.
Older siblings are Amy Diana, Ben Oscar and Andy Joshua.
Any suggestions?

I don't know if I should believe you are really seriously here trying to find a name, because if you can't speak Finnish, how did you find youre way here?? Anyway I have some ideas:

Mia is deffinately a pretty name. Emily aswell. Nora and Sara are ok, Emma is ok too. Alexandra is nice aswell as Katie. Iris is pretty, but reminds me of Irish.

Gemmas second name could be Elisabeth, Harriet or Paisley (I really like that one :) ).

If other siblings are Amy, Andy and Ben, the new babygirl would be Beatrice, Beatrix, Brianna, Belinda, Bea, Bella, Belle, Bianca etc. I think Brianna would be gorgeous. And then it´s one nice name which is not part of that group; Shannon. I love it...
Yes, as I said in my first message I can read Finnish and speak it(not fluently though), but I find hard writing it. This message would take me up to 40 minutes to write it in Finnish properly.
Thank you for your ideas. Gemma would indeed be a very English name, but it's my mum's name. Though, Gemma is one option for a middle name.
Or then Jemma is nice aswell and propably easier with Finns. Shannon is great, but there's a region in Ireland called Shannon and it reminds me of it too much.
Bea would be ok, but reminds me of Bean, Beatrice and Beatrix are too french and Beatrice is Fergie's daughter =). Brianna is quite nice, so is Belinda. Belle and Sebastian =Belle, Bella = dog's name, Bianca = from that disney story Bernard and Bianca.
So as for now, Gemma, Jemma, Brianna, Belinda, Bessie, Beth and Becky are some we've thought of.
It does not have to start with B or A.
I`v tried to find such names, which both english and finnish people pronounce in the same way. I think, that at least Alicia, Amanda, Elvira, Erin, Fiona and Mathilda are almost that kind of names. Do you like them?
I had totally forgotten the name Erin. I knew there was a name I really liked, but I did not remember what it was. I love Erin! I would spell it Eryn though, as that's the way I've learned to spell it in England.
Amanda is also a great name. Actually, if I remember correctly, my great grandma was Amanda. Eryn Amanda is one good name, will have to discuss it with my husband.
