First the disks fixture with Sidolin is polished, then with ether and
is made free of grease. Then yet to wash the panes
Then go at the orifice plate:
I took 80er bow paper and rhombus the edge up, where the glued strip is. This must happen very carefully , otherwise all will be scratched. Then again a complete cleaning of the orifice plate, then they were easily dusty - also here one cannot do much, interior - dirty remains dirty. Then I found a brush quickly and applied the Primer there where glued afterwards. One can throw away the brush after that
- that is never again soft. Let that then to air-dry for 20 minutes , about 25 minutes later it was ready. The stuff glues very strongly - therefore caution with the clothing! After the drying, one gets out the "pistol" and puts on cut off that Kartusche , previously the tip on the 3rd stroke, it goes more easily yet. Then take a careful hand and make only a "bulge", lifts it best. That in front (there where the orifice plate cut out by hand and represents the end to the other page , prettily slowly and carefully and if possible always equally thickly. Rather somewhat
more time do not remain, - this black glue does not dry so quickly. After that is time to examine clothing and hands - wash hands with thinner immediately and therefore the clothing is ruined and it is unable to wear it no longer. Now the 2nd man comes into the game: the orifice plate is now on the pane, slowly and carefully and if possible exactly to be sure so that it must be no longer corrected. Test after the mounting and if necessary press possibly according to needs, so that the orifice plate also optimally sits at the eaves gutter at the disk along, otherwise some problems with the water flow off may occour - IMPORTANT!!!!
A couple of minutes of strong pressing on for the first try at the same time that previously concerned - as rough as possible crepe volume to the tension and to the positioning and save nothing at the same time, sees one on the pictures which I made.
So, this all was done, but nothing more. Now the vehicles must at least 24 hours solidly dry, if possible it should stand on the lee, around a very good glued place. That is very important, because the orifice plate will be removed by the TÜV afterwards - unfortunately necessary, therefore prettily harden before one arranges your appointed time , I will wait more or less one week, until there is only the expert opinion and the glue removed red previously with the Rieger-part number.

Näkyy olevan joku ohje liimata kulkuneuvoon jotain ja putsata liimaroiskeet ilman ettei jää raapaleita.
Hommassa on lyhyitä kuivumisvaiheita, jolloin voi puristaa voimallisesti käsin ja jopa viikon kestäviä kuivumisvaiheita.
Levyt pitää saada oikeaan asentoon vesiongelmien välttämiseksi.
Tosin en nyt ole ihan varma siitä, onko kyseessä jokin rullaluisteluun liittyvä juttu, auton takaspoilerin asentamisesta, satelliittiantennin kokoamisesta vai jonkun suihkulähderakennussarjan kasaamisesta. Muuten homma on selvää kuin pläkki. "2nd man" ja "pain" viittaavat kyllä johonkin perverssiin hommaan. Onko kaikki samasta ohjeesta?

Aluksi levy hiotaan "Sidolinilla" ja voidellaan eetterillä. Sitten pestään "ruutu".

Reuna ylöspäin jossa liimattu liuska on. Pitää olla varovainen, ettei naarmuunnu. Sitten taas perusteellinen puhdistus "orifice plateen", koske pölyyntyy helposti.
Sitten puhutaan jotain harjaamisesta ja pohjusteesta joka on jälkikäteen liimattu, harjan voi heittää pois..???!!
Annetaan ilma-kuivua 20 minuuttia ja 25 minuutuin päästä se on valmis. Aine liimaantuu hyvin voimakkaasti, siksi varo vaatteitasi. Pesun jälkeen haetaan "pistooli" ja puetaan ylle pos leikattuna "Kartusche" -mikä lienee?? aiemmin annettu vihje 3:sta iskusta, menee nyt helpommin??
ota varovasti käteen ja tee ainoastaan kohouma, nosto on paras. Siinä on "orificial plate" leikattu pois käsin ja edustaa loppua toisesta sivusta, hyvin hitaasti ja varovaisesti ja jos mahdollista yhtä tiheästi. Enemminkin hieman enemmän aikaa käytettävä, tämä musta liima ei kuivu nopeasti. Tämän jälkeen on aika tutkia kädet ja vaatteet -pese kädet heti tinnerillä , siksi vaatteet ovat pilalla eikä niitä voida enää pitää. Sitten toinen mies tulee peliin: "orifice plate" on nyt ruudulla, hitaasti ja varovasti ja jos mahdollista varmistu että sen pitää olla ok. testaa sen jälkeen alusta/raudoitus ja jos tarpeellista purista yhteen, niin että orifice plate" myös optimaalisesti istuu kouruun levyn mukaisesti, muuten ongelmia voi tapahtua veden virtauksessa pois. TÄRLEÄÄ!!
Muutaman minuutin voimakkaan painamisen jälkeen, ensimmäinen yritys suoritetaan samoin kuin aiemmin. Niin kovaotteisesti kuin mahdollista "crepe volume" jännitteeseen ja asemointiin, katso kuvaa jonka tein.
tämä on kaikki mitä pitää tehdä, ei enempää. Nyt aineen/koneen täytyy vähintään 24 tunita kuivua, jos mahdollista sen ptäisi olla kyljellään ympärillä hyvin liimattu paikka. Tämä on hyvin tärkeää, koska "orifice plate" pitää irrottaa/poistaa TUV:n jälkeen. - valitettavasti pakollista, ....??
Tulen odottamann noin yhden viikon, kunnes on vain asiantuntijan mielipide ja liimattu remoed red previously rieger- osa numerolla.
