Jos Suomesta puhutaan niin maankohoaminen on sen verran nopeaa Etelä-Suomessakin, että merenranta karkaa koko ajan kauemmaksi. Jos haluat olla kauaskatseinen niin jätä silti ranta-asunnot ostamatta, koska 100 vuoden päästä ne talot ovat kaukana rannasta.
Joka kevät nousee vesi tuossa lähijärvessä 2 metriä. Vaan ei se mitään haittaa, kun talo on vielä muutaman metrin ylempänä. Merenpinta taas on parikymmentä kerrosta alempana eikä taida ihan lähivuosina yltää tänne.
