HI guys I was rearended last friday with my girlfriend in our V40. Thanks to whiplash seats we are still here and we don't have any broken bones or necks. We were rearended on lights with a ford taurus going probably between 70-90 km/h. The impact was so big that our V40 was flying through the whole intersection with my feet on the brakes. We were lucky that nobody was driving from left to right. My girlfriend was taken out by paramedics because she was very dizzy. But thanks to Volvo we have only terrible headaches, sore necks and spine cords. Our muscles hurts and my girlfriend has a trauma from sitting in the car and driving again through this intersection but hopefully I will soon change her mind. We are all lucky to have a Volvo!!! The safety really works.
REMEMBER ALWAYS HAVE A SEATBELT. It save our lives. The paramedics said if you would not have a Volvo you would not be here or you would be paralized. Check the pictures hopefully they will be posted soon by webmaster. Our car has a big damage but will be fixed.
